Scandalous Shards is the brainchild of Rachel Louise, the owner of Rachel Shilston – Inspiring Creativity, who is better known for her family-friendly and public facing mosaic projects in schools and in community spaces. Scandalous Shards is her after-dark alter ego - a space where she trades her polished for the provocative and dives into themes that don’t normally make the classroom wall.
